Q2: What about the delivery?
A: Just depend on your actual request and door to door services by air or by sea is acceptable. Such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX... by air; and the sea transportations.
Q3: What's the delivery time?
A: 3 -10 days working days, if stock enough.
Q4: If there is a water accident, what should I do?
A: Turn the power off immediately if Freego electric scooter poured into water accidentally. Do not drive it again if you are not sure of the default. The Freego weighs 55kg, you can take it home easily without help; and please contact us for after-service guide.
Q5: Do you have any timely technology supports?
A: Professional technology supporting team will help you to solve the after sales problem.Also any questions you can contact us by telephone, whatsapp, online chat (FaceBook, skype, mail)and so on.
Q6: How to park the Freego electric scooter?
A: If for temporary parking, you can just turn on the balance output by remote control and lean it against a wall or step that can stop it from moving forward; if for long time parking, you can switch off the power and put the supporting foot down. This parking supporting foot can be purchased from us independently.
Q7: If the machines broken during the shipment, will you support us?
A: We will help you to solve the claims with the insurance companies to collect your money back in time.
After-Sales Service
If you have any issues with your Freego, please send us an email to to our distributor in your country and note that we provide a 12 months parts only warranty for faults derived from natural causes. Faults derived due to accidents are not covered by the warranty. We can still service the Freego but there will be charges applied.
