We offer 12 months free exchange. If they are broken during 12 months (from the date of receipt), buyer should send the faulty parts at his cost of shipping to Freego to exchange new ones or repair. When freego sends new parts or repaired parts to buyer, Freego will pay shipping on his own cost. In order to help buyer solve problems in short time, Freego will send extra parts with the purchased order, but these parts belong to Freego until Freego receive the old parts from the buyer.

b. Freego offers 24 month online technical support to help buyers at Freego's cost. To train them how to find out the faulty parts to exchange or repair it.

2. Following situation is not covered by warranty.

a. Other parts are faulty or broken (except motors, PCB, battery and chargers)

b. Broken by man-made (over-loading, over charge, long-time not charged, water inside, short circuit and wrong

operations.)

c. Broken by accident (car crash or natural disaster)

d. Broken because of poor transportation. It belongs to transportation issue. Freego will help buyer get compensation from shipping company

I . How to Choose A Reliable Supplier?

1. You should respect a good brand and study their history.

2. Study the price of parts and labor cost in Shen zhen and try to more profit to your supplier

3. Get to know more about your supplier. like the history, reputation of the owner, his education level, birth place and personality.

4. Do a factory check. visit them to see how many people they have, and their company size and culture. feel it if you can find something active and honor.
