Production capacity

Production has 2 parts: Preparing parts and Assembling.
 

Preparing parts: (20--30 days for order 10pcs or 10,000pcs)

Generally speaking, a High-tech Company focus on production development (Design, test, making prototype) and marketing (filming and promotion and set up dealers ). Freego is China High-tech Enterprise. We create a new product from a new idea, concept to make a prototype and then make final design(idea and mechanic ) and use our supply chain to make molds for frames. After the prototype is done, we patents them to protect and then we send drawing to our suppliers who make metal and plastic molds. We invest money for molds (usually USD50,000 above) and ask them to make 1000pcs for the first order. For lower cost and quick launch, we manage to use existing motors, wheels, tires, brake and other standard parts. Usually, when we get an order, we will start to arrange parts to each of our suppliers and they need about 20-30 days to assemble Motors, battery packs, chargers, frames and packing boxes. They also need to buy materials from their suppliers before assembling. This is a supplychain and every factory is busy as many orders are waiting. When they get an order, they will start to make plans and then assign to different suppliers and then they start to assemble once all parts are ready. That is to say, we need to wait 20-30 days for all parts being produced for us. No matter you order 10pcs or 10,000pcs, this process is the same. We have to wait 20-30 days. None of factories make a lot of parts in advance, especially these years. Because every order is different and customized.

 2.What about the delivery?
 Just depend on your actual request and door to door services by air or by sea is acceptable. Such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX... by air; and the sea transportations.
 3: What's the delivery time?
  3 -10 days working days, if stock enough.
 4: If there is a water accident, what should I do?
  Turn the power off immediately if Freego electric scooter poured into water accidentally. Do not drive it again if you are not sure of the default. The Freego weighs 55kg, you can take it home easily without help; and please contact us for after-service guide.
 5: Do you have any timely technology supports?
  Professional technology supporting team will help you to solve the after sales problem.Also any questions you can contact us by telephone, whatsapp, online chat (FaceBook, skype, mail)and so on.
 
6: How to park the Freego electric scooter?
 If for temporary parking, you can just turn on the balance output by remote control and lean it against a wall or step that can stop it from moving forward; if for long time parking, you can switch off the power and put the supporting foot down. This parking supporting foot can be purchased from us independently.
7: If the machines broken during the shipment, will you support us?
 We will help you to solve the claims with the insurance companies to collect your money back in time.
 
After-Sales Service
If you have any issues with your Freego, please send us an email to to our distributor in your country and note that we provide a 12 months parts only warranty for faults derived from natural causes. Faults derived due to accidents are not covered by the warranty. We can still service the Freego but there will be charges applied.
